Card Adventurers Account Deletion
You can delete your Card Adventurers account and data in two ways.
Option 1. In the game
- Open the game and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your cloud save, ranking records and account are deleted at once, and the game starts over.
Option 2. By email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot run the game, email playseed.official@gmail.com.
- Subject: Card Adventurers account deletion
- Include: your nickname, your player ID (shown in Settings, if you know it), and how you signed in (guest / Apple / Google)
After confirming the request, we delete the account within 10 days and let you know.
What is deleted

Deleted data cannot be restored. We keep no data under any legal retention obligation.
