제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 플레이시드(PLAYSEED, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 및 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내 또는 회사 웹사이트를 통해 사전 공지합니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공)

회사는 이용자에게 모바일 게임 및 관련 서비스를 제공합니다. 서비스의 일부 또는 전부는 회사의 사정에 따라 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위
해킹, 리버스 엔지니어링, 비정상적인 클라이언트 사용
서비스 내 결제 시스템을 부정 이용하는 행위
법령 또는 공서양속에 위반되는 행위

제5조 (유료 서비스 및 환불)

회사는 일부 서비스를 유료로 제공할 수 있습니다. 유료 서비스의 결제 및 환불은 해당 앱스토어(Google Play, Apple App Store)의 정책에 따릅니다.

제6조 (지식재산권)

서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(이미지, 음악, 코드 등)의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 변형할 수 없습니다.

제7조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사는 이용자의 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·우발적 손해에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (분쟁의 해결)

본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 관할 법원은 회사 소재지 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of mobile games and related services (the "Service") provided by PLAYSEED ("we", "our", or "us") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between us and users.

2. Acceptance and Modification

These Terms apply to all users of the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and changes will be communicated through the Service or our website.

3. Service Provision

We provide mobile games and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

4. User Obligations

Users must not:

Impersonate others or steal their information
Disrupt the operation of the Service
Hack, reverse engineer, or use unauthorized clients
Abuse in-app payment systems
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or public decency

5. Paid Services and Refunds

Some parts of the Service may be offered for a fee. Payments and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective app store (Google Play, Apple App Store).

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service (images, music, code, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or communication failures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
